Role & responsibilities
- Assist in managing assigned channel partner accounts.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Resolve partner queries and provide timely support.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Support promotional campaigns and business activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree pursuing or completed (BBA, B.Com, BBM, BCA, BA, B.Sc, MBA, or equivalent).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills. .
