Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to support various HR functions (recruitment, compensation, performance, training, etc.).
Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight workforce trends and insights for leadership teams.
Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in HR systems and databases.
Participate in talent acquisition efforts including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support employee engagement and retention strategies through data analysis and surveys.
Contribute to HR projects such as policy development, benchmarking, and audits.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and employment laws.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic HR systems/tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
ExperienceFreshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or academic project experience related to HR, data analysis, or organizational development will be a plus.
