Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting our business, providing proactive guidance for compliance and risk avoidance.
Participate in the review and negotiation of client contracts and engagements, identifying and addressing potential risk exposures in collaboration with legal and business teams.
Assist in developing and executing risk management training and awareness programs for employees to enhance their understanding of risk-related issues and best practices.
Support the incident management process by participating in investigations of incidents, breaches, or client complaints, analyzing root causes, and recommending actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to develop and maintain a robust risk register, tracking risks, mitigation efforts, and resolutions.
Prepare regular risk management reports for senior management, offering insights into risk trends, mitigation efforts, and compliance status.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of risk management processes.
Monitor changes in regulatory and compliance obligations across all jurisdictions, addressing areas of concern to the business.
