Position: KYC Analyst / Document Verification Executive

Key Responsibilities
Verify customer KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, and address proof.Check the authenticity, validity, completeness, and consistency of documents.Match customer information across submitted documents and company records.Identify fake, altered, expired, incomplete, or mismatched documents.Perform customer identity and address verification.Review applications and supporting documents before approval.Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to the concerned team.Maintain accurate KYC verification records.Follow company KYC, AML, compliance, and data-security policies.Coordinate with branches and operations teams for missing or incorrect documents.Prepare daily and monthly verification reports.Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.Support internal audits and compliance checks.Required Skills
Knowledge of KYC and document verification.Good attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify document discrepancies.Good communication skills.MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.Ability to meet verification TAT and deadlines.Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree.Experience in KYC, banking, NBFC, finance, gold loan, jewellery, or document verification is preferred.Contact for Application
