Job Description: Responsibilities / Scope for Azure Virtual Desktop
Provide steady-state Level 2 (L2) user support for incidents for in scope Services for AVD management issues, including patch management, configuration, compliance, and reporting. Delivering services through a structured operational model to ensure: Optimal performance, Enhanced user productivity.Service Availability, Compliance ReportMonitor AVD infrastructure, performance and availabilityPatch managementPerformance tuning to enhance user productivityEnforce Compliance policies as approved by CustomerReporting Services as agreedUser ExperienceMonitor User Experience from tool provided by Customer. Propose ideas to enhance User experienceProblem ManagementTrend Analysis of tickets managed and identification of Automation candidatesService WindowDeliver 24x5 support Shift based support Service TeamOn-call support for Priority 1 incidents outside the standard service windowPay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
