Provide L2 support for identity and access management issuesTroubleshoot Entra ID, authentication failures, and access issuesImplement and manage policies like MFA, Conditional AccessIntegrate applications with Azure AD / SSOWork with security and infra teams on IAM and compliance
The Successful Applicant
A successful L2 Infrastructure Engineer - Entra ID should have:
5+ years in Infrastructure / IAM domainStrong troubleshooting and operational support experienceExposure to Azure DevOps / AutomationKnowledge of hybrid identity (AD + Entra ID)
