Job Description
We are looking for a skilled L2 IT Support Engineer to strengthen our IT Operations/Service Desk team. This role sits between frontline support and specialized infrastructure teams, handling escalated tickets that require deeper diagnostic skills, system administration knowledge, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can independently investigate root causes, manage moderately complex infrastructure tasks, and guide L1 engineers on tricky issues, while maintaining high service quality within SLA commitments.
