About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic fresher to support HR & L&D; functions with exposure to Recruitment, Training Coordination, Employee Engagement, and Digital Support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support training programs & L&D; coordination
- Assist in employee engagement activities & communications
- Meeting, event Coordination
- Maintain HR data, reports & basic Excel tracking
- Support internal coordination across HR processes
- Coordinate recruitment activities & interview scheduling
Ideal Candidate
- Fresher , Smart
- Positive communication skills
- Organized, proactive & eager to learn HR functions (L&D; Coordination , Recruitment Coordination, Presentations etc.)
- Basic Excel, PPT knowledge preferred
