Lead Account Executive Us Noida

Join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Vijayawada as a Lead Accounts Manager for US Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations related to the US segment.

- Manage daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and US business accounting - Oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processes (via Razorpay), including reconciliations and month-/year-end closings - Follow up on employee timesheets and ensure efficient processing of payroll - Ensure compliance with US GAAP, federal, state, and local regulations - Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and statements - Coordinate audits, tax filings, and liaise with regulatory bodies and external partners - Enforce statutory compliance related to TDS, PF, and ESI - Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning - Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices - Mentor and supervise accounting staff - Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities - Proficient in Tally, Excel, or equivalent business tools

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with direct exposure to US operations - Proficiency in US GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards - Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Netsuite, SAP, etc. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Experience in team leadership within a fast-paced, multicultural environment - Preferred experience working in the EST time zone - Commitment to upholding integrity and professionalism What We Offer: - Competitive compensation - Clear career advancement opportunities - Collaborative and supportive work culture
