About the Role
We are looking for a strong telecom billing professional with hands-on experience in Amdocs Kenan (Kenan FX/BP) to work on end-to-end billing operations, configuration, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Kenan billing system (Kenan FX / BP)
- Handle bill run, invoicing, and billing cycles
- Perform usage processing, rating, and MIU activities
- Configure billing components (Products, Discounts, RC/NRC)
- Analyze and resolve billing issues / production incidents
- Collaborate with business teams for requirement understanding
Must Have Skills
- 8-12 years in Telecom Billing domain
- Strong hands-on experience in Amdocs Kenan (FX/BP)
- Experience in:
- BIP / BIF / MIU
- Bill run & invoicing
- Usage processing & rating
- Good knowledge of SQL and Unix/Shell scripting
Positive to Have
- Migration experience
- Cloud exposure (AWS)
- Experience in telecom clients/projects
