Role Summary & Role Description :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Leader to drive strategic technology initiatives across Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and AI-powered solutions. The role requires a strong hands-on technical background and passion for architecting enterprise-scale platforms, leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving modernization initiatives, and implementing AI-enabled solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise in Cloud Platforms, DevOps, Python, Automation frameworks, AI/LLMs, and Application Engineering with proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and mentoring engineering teams.

Technology Leadership
Define technology roadmaps and solution architecture strategies for Cloud, DevOps, and AI platforms. Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs. Drive adoption of engineering best practices, platform standardization, and automation. Evaluate and conduct strategic POCs on emerging technologies and define adoption strategies. Cloud & DevOps Leadership Lead CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), platform engineering, and developer experience initiatives. Drive DevSecOps practices, software supply chain security, and automated governance controls. Define reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence standards.
AI & Agentic Solutions Lead implementation of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI powered solutions for business problems. Establish standards for AI security, model lifecycle management, evaluation, and responsible AI.
People
Leadership Mentor senior engineers and technology leads. Experience presenting technical strategy and outcomes to executive leadership. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams. Drive engineering excellence and foster a culture of innovation.
