Note : The candidate should play individual performer and also have knowledge in handling teams, can do system design from at least 3 year's experience.

Purpose of the Job

• Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates safety practices and standards and deadlines to the team.

• Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training and keeps management updated on team performance.

Job Role

We are looking for a Lead engineer to develop and maintain our cloud solutions for Aquaculture. Eruvaka cloud platform includes IoT device management, Data Visualization, Data Analysis and Machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Responsible backend development. Work with Project Managers, developers and QA and deliver software as per business requirements.

• Analyze and understand business requirements and prepare detailed design for Frontend, Backend and Database

• Perform code and design reviews and guide the team in development.

• Follow development process and practices

• Solve non-trivial coding and architecture problems with simple and innovative solutions

Qualification, Experience and Skills required:

• Bachelors degree

• Minimum 7 years experience as a Backend Developer

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs for Web and Mobile applications

• Proficient in backend development with experience in designing solutions using MongoDB, Node.js, CodeReview

• knowledge in different JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue)

• Experience with a CI/CD pipeline and deploying solutions in Cloud

• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Familiar with serverless architecture

• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
