Responsibilities
- Deep Behavioral Inquiry: Conduct moderated and unmoderated interviews using frameworks like Prospect Theory and System 1 & 2 thinking to uncover latent emotional drivers.
- Scientific Design: Deploy quantitative studies grounded in TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) and Self-Determination Theory to predict user intent.
- Insight Synthesis: Translate complex psychometric data into actionable behavioral frameworks (Personas, Mental Models, Journey Maps).
- Design Thinking Integration: Partner with Product and Design teams to convert insights into bias-aware "nudges" and UX improvements.
- Experimentation: Own the end-to-end research lifecycle from participant recruitment to behavioral experimentation and storytelling.
Mandatory
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in Behavioral Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, or Behavioral Science.
- Industry Background: Experience in high-growth B2C product organizations (Fintech, E-commerce, or Consumer Tech) where user data is central to the business.
- Education: Background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or Cognitive Science (BA/MA/MSc/BSc). Candidates from top-tier research institutes are highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Hands-on with research tools like Figma, Maze, or UserTesting, with a strong understanding of digital product journeys.
- The Mindset: This is a Behavioral Science role, not a pure UX or Data Analyst role. You must be comfortable combining research methodologies with behavioral data analysis.
