Lead Business Analyst (Tech / Functional / Enterprise BA)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive complex technology and transformation initiatives within Treasury functions, including emerging areas like Digital Assets and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology to define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure delivery in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end functional analysis for Treasury and transaction-driven processes
Define scope, outcomes, and success criteria and validate assumptions
Conduct current-state analysis and design target-state processes and operating models
Produce business and functional requirements, process flows, and impact assessments
Act as senior BA lead managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Engage stakeholders across business, operations, risk, finance, legal, and technology
Support initiatives involving Digital Assets, tokenised instruments, and DLT solutions
Assess impact on settlement flows, liquidity management, controls, and regulations
Evaluate feasibility, risks, and integration with existing systems
Required Experience
Significant BA experience in financial services or investment banking
Experience in large-scale transformation programs
Proven ability to handle multiple systems and stakeholders
Key Skills
Solid understanding of transaction lifecycle and downstream impacts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
Working knowledge of Digital Assets and DLT (functional level)
Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical inputs
Tools & Setting
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools
