Lead Cyber Security Developer Hyderabad

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Hyderabad, Pune, or Chandigarh (In office / SEZ) Experience: 8+ Years Compensation: 24L-30L LPA Industry: Financial Services We are looking for an experienced Lead Cyber Security Developer with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to join a high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This L3 role demands solid hands-on capability in Java development, advanced integrations, and enterprise-scale IAM architecture within regulated, high-security environments. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Development: Lead the design, development, customization, and integration of SailPoint IIQ solutions. Custom Integrations: Build and implement Web Service connector integrations and deliver tailored IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements. Advanced Coding: Leverage expert-level Java development skills to enhance, optimize, and maintain IAM frameworks. Issue Resolution: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless IAM operations. Technical Leadership: Drive best practices, guide junior team members, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 8+ years in Cyber Security or IAM, including at least 5 years of hands-on SailPoint IIQ development. Java Expertise: Minimum 5 years of skilled Java coding experience. Integrations: Strong experience with Web Service connector integrations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead technical conversations and solution design discussions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
