About the Role

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions and infrastructure. Architect and implement robust security controls for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems. Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth. Develop and execute strategies for threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management. Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to integrate security into the entire system lifecycle. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related engineering field. Extensive experience (7+ years) in cybersecurity engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership role. Deep technical expertise in network security, endpoint security, cloud security, and secure coding practices. Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and security tooling. Strong knowledge of security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
