What role will you play in the team As a Lead Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence, you will lead the development of data-driven insights and dashboards to support strategic decision-making. You'll mentor junior analysts, design analytical frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business opportunities. Key responsibility Lead the design and development of business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Mentor and coach junior data analysts to develop their skills and expertise. Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear and concise presentations. Ensure data privacy and security in compliance with industry regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics. Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures. Required Qualification and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend. Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL Server and MySQL. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of data analysts. Experience with statistical analysis software such as SAS or SPSS is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure is also a plus.
