As a Data Platform Lead Business Analyst, you will lead the business analysis capability across data platform initiatives, providing direction, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality, consistent analysis practices. You will work closely with business and technology leadership to shape data platform outcomes and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Robust understanding of data platforms, data integration, and API-based data services.
- Elicit, validate, and document requirements aligned to data platform and analytics use cases.
- Lead data mapping, data transformation logic, and user story development with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirement traceability and alignment across data pipelines, data models, and reporting outputs.
- Verify solutions to ensure they deliver business value and maintain high data quality.
- Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including data quality, governance, and integration challenges.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and QA specialists.
