What You Will Do
As a Lead Engineer, you will:
Design, develop, and enhance avionics software solutions for advanced aerospace products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Hardware, Software Architecture, User Experience, and Product Management.
Develop software using C, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink for safety-critical embedded systems.
Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Apply DO-178C software development and verification processes to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
Perform structural coverage analysis and support unit test automation activities.
Contribute to software architecture, embedded systems design, and system-level integration.
Work with configuration management and change control tools such as DOORS, JAMA, SVN, and JIRA.
Identify technical challenges and develop creative, scalable solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt engineering best practices throughout product development.
