We are looking for an Lead Electrical Engineer
Youll make a difference by:
Creating basic designs and supervising detailed designs in the field of low and medium voltage distributors, E-houses and busduct systemsUnderstanding technical requirements from specifications and converting them into appropriate basic designsReviewing technical basic and detail designsEnsuring that installations are designed and delivered in accordance with the specified requirementsPlanning project work and preparing progress reportsManaging and supervising fellow engineers for detail engineeringProactively liaising with the client and the sales and quotation teamMaintaining financial status and preparing additional work quotationsOrganizing and attending factory tests (FAT) with the customerManaging any sub-suppliers and Siemens factoriesInitiating and developing improvement proposals
Youll win us over by:
Completed degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor or Master level) with at least 8 years' work experience as a (lead) engineerKnowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution boards, distribution boards, transformers and electrical protective devicesYou are creative and able to communicate ideas and inspire/motivate peopleAccurate, critical and have broad technical knowledge and interestFlexible working attitude, practical and result-orientedStress-resistant and able to act within a pressured environmentExcellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
