The role is responsible for defining QA strategy, driving AI-assisted test automation, API, performance, and security testing, while ensuring high-quality, reliable software delivery through collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring QA engineers.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Tester with extensive experience in the banking domain preferably in Payments to join our team.
The Lead Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing strategies.
This role involves designing and implementing automated testing frameworks, conducting API testing, performance, security testing with AI assistance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall quality assurance process across product engineering phases.
The ideal candidate will take a leadership role in testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality banking applications.
You will mentor junior testers, develop testing strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our software quality and compliance with industry standards.
Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for automated testing, focusing on leveraging AI capabilities.
Define and implement a QA strategy focused on reducing customer-reported bugs. Evaluate existing QA processes and propose improvements for immediate and long-term needs.
Set a vision for integrating automation into the QA process.
