Lead - Finance

As a Lead - Finance at our organization, your role will involve managing financial operations, accounting, and compliance to ensure the smooth running of our organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the financial operations, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. - Ensuring compliance with GST and direct tax laws, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Implementing and maintaining a Document Management System (DMS) for efficient storage and retrieval of financial documents. - Developing and implementing strategies for working capital management, budgeting, and cash flow management. - Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the organization's goals and objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Qualified Chartered Accountant - 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. - Experience with GST and direct tax laws, including compliance and record-keeping. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Tally or SAP. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
