We are looking for a goal-oriented professional with 13 years of experience in US-style B2B lead generation to join our team in Mohali, Punjab.Key Responsibilities & KPIs:- Outbound Cold Calling: 110+ calls/day to the US market with a target of 5+ qualified leads per week.- Email Campaigns: 80 emails/day maintaining a 5% response rate.- LinkedIn Prospecting: 20 new connections/week and setting 3+ demos.- CRM & Reporting: 100% data hygiene and submission of daily activity logs.- Lead Hand-off: Ensuring a 4-hour SLA for transfers to the sales team.Qualifications :- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Sales/Marketing preferred).- Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written).- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and online search techniques.- Resilience and excellent time management skills.Position Details:- Type: Full time, Permanent (In-person)- Location: Mohali, Punjab- Shift: Night Shift (5:30 pm - 2:30 am)- Compensation: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month- Benefits: Food provided, commuter assistance, and leave encashment.At Quantus Freight Solutions, we are scaling rapidly and redefining logistics industry standards.
