Lead Full Stack Developer

Design and develop secure, high-performing, and scalable applications using. NET Core /. NET 6+.Build interactive front-end interfaces using one of the following: JavaScript frameworks (React or Next), Blazor, . NET or WPF.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and deliver new features.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and database components.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design documentation.Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, OWASP, etc. ).Optimise application performance and troubleshoot production issues when needed.

Software development experience of 6+ years in a banking, fintech, or product-based environment.Strong proficiency in C# and. NET Core /. NET 6+ development.Experience with at least one of the following front-end frameworks: Blazor. NET or WPF, JavaScript frameworks (React, Next).Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and domain-driven design.Good exposure to SQL Server / PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core.Other tools: Syncfusion, DataTables, AutoMapper.Experience in RESTful API development and integration.Familiarity with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working with or building modular applications using ABP.An IO framework is a big plus.Understanding of banking or payment systems, digital wallets, or transaction processing.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Working knowledge of DevOps practices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes is advantageous. .
