01Key Responsibilities
Design and develop complete web applications, including both client-side and server-side components. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions. Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility across web applications. Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their application to current and future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1015 years of experience in full-stack web development, including significant hands-on coding experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong back-end expertise with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, along with frameworks like Express, Spring Boot, or Django. Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols, and microservices architecture. Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.
Preferred Experience:
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Performance optimization and security best practices for web applications.
