Lead Generation & Tele calling 65%
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and systematic follow-ups.
- Understand prospect requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects through the engagement process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and lead status.
- Work towards agreed lead-generation and performance targets.
Email Outreach & Database Management 20%
- Conduct targeted email outreach to prospective customers.
- Collect Database
- Research and build relevant prospect databases.
- Update and maintain accurate prospect information.
- Track responses and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain organised records of leads and interactions
Social Media & Digital Outreach 15%
- managing social media presence.

- Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
- Respond to enquiries and identify potential digital leads.
- Support online promotional and outreach initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, inside sales or
business development.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable making cold calls.
- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Good written communication and email skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently from home.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow. .
