01Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through Outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, online research and other channels .
Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CXOs, founders and business leaders .
Understand the requirements and introduce the companys products/services effectively.
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into qualified leads.
Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong professional relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Research target industries, companies and potential clients to build a robust prospect database.
Required Skills 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development or Inside Sales .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outbound sales activities .
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, CRM tools and online research.
Ability to speak confidently with senior-level professionals .
