Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The Job Title will support KNOVATIKs lead generation and marketing activities by engaging with potential customers, providing accurate information about services, and qualifying leads according to defined criteria. Daily responsibilities may include handling inbound and outbound communications, updating CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to optimize campaigns, and following compliance and quality guidelines. The role also involves meeting performance targets, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with diverse customers.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to accurately qualify leads, follow scripts or workflows, and document interactions.
Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes or contact lists while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take feedback constructively to improve performance.
Prior experience in call centers, sales, customer service, or marketing services is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and flexibility to work shifts as needed by business requirements.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. .
