Lead - HR Analytics - BFS/Manufacturing Industry

- Lead end-to-end HR analytics strategy, including workforce planning, attrition analysis, and productivity metrics - Design and develop advanced dashboards and MIS reports for leadership using tools like Power BI/Tableau - Provide actionable insights to CXOs and senior stakeholders for strategic decision making - Drive predictive analytics initiatives (attrition prediction, hiring demand forecasting, etc.) - Partner with HR, Finance, and Business teams to align people strategy with business goals - Ensure data governance, accuracy, and standardization across HR systems - Automate reporting processes and build scalable analytics frameworks - Mentor junior team members and build analytics capability within HR Key

- 6-10 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics - Strong expertise in Excel, Power BI/Tableau (dashboarding & storytelling) - Experience in predictive analytics and data modeling - Solid understanding of HR functions (talent acquisition, performance, L&D, attrition) - Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
