Lead I - Software Testing- Senior Automation QA Engineer (C, Selenium)

Role description We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, C# .net. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive automation initiatives, build scalable automation frameworks, mentor junior team members, and work effectively within Agile teams. Required Skills 6+ years of QA Automation experience. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, C# ,net. Experience with NUnit/MSTest/xUnit and Page Object Model (POM). Expertise in Data-Driven and Hybrid Automation Frameworks. API testing using Postman, RestSharp, or Swagger. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. Strong SQL and database validation skills. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E test scripts. Create test plans, test cases, and test data. Analyze test results, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis. Maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries. Validate APIs, backend services, and database consistency. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies. Provide automation coverage, test metrics, and quality status reports.
