Experience integrating data from Discovery, Service Mapping, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, asset systems, and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.
Lead CMDB architecture, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and operationalize CSDM across business applications, technical services, service offerings, and foundation data.
Design and maintain CI classes, relationships, lifecycle states, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.
Configure and improve CMDB Health, compliance, completeness, correctness, and certification.
Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Service Graph Connectors, and ETL.
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer automations.
Implement platform security, ACLs, roles, and secure integration practices.
Monitor platform performance, scalability, technical debt, and upgrade readiness.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor developers.
Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and governance teams to deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform releases, CMDB/CSDM best practices, and emerging capabilities.
