JD: 5+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience. Robust hands on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management CMDB Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM ITSM integration. Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing. Hands on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps). Solid SQL or query skills for backend data validation. Valuable understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships
