Role : Java Lead Developer

Interview Mode : 2 round virtual and last round Face to Face (F2F) in Chennai.

Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Science/Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of strong Java development experience, with at least 2+ years of AI/ML hands-on experience.
- Experience working with Agentic AI or autonomous AI agents in enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Supplier Portal domains.
- Exposure to building intelligent document processing, invoice data extraction, supplier recommendation engines, or predictive procurement solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in global, distributed teams.
- Experience with Oracle/SQL databases, Apache Tomcat, CI/CD pipelines, ETL tools, and Git version control.
- Excellent technical documentation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Strong ability to manage conflicts and drive technical resolutions.
