Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Coimbatore / Remote
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise and web applications using Java-based technologies Lead backend development with a focus on scalability, performance, and security Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend frameworks Drive monolith-to-microservices migrations and implement best-practice microservices patterns Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using modern CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
8+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web applications 8+ years as a Full Stack Developer with strong Java backend expertise 5+ years of experience with: Public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or equivalent) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) SaaS application development and support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes Agile and DevOps methodologies 5+ years working in Agile teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar
