Lead Java Developer

As an experienced professional in the software development field, you will be part of Zemoso Technologies, an Innovation as a Service Product Studio that focuses on rapid prototyping and application builds using Design Thinking, Lean Execution, and Agile Methodology. Your qualifications should meet the following criteria: - 8+ years of experience in software development. - An Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. - Hands-on development experience with languages like JAVA, Python, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in system architecture and design, with a focus on server-side development using JAVA. - Experience in UI development with technologies like ReactJS, AngularJS, PolymerJS, EmberJS, or jQuery. - Strong passion for software engineering, adherence to best coding practices, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Prior experience in technical architecture, design, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. - Ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate with architects, and lead projects when required. Additionally, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - Product engineering mindset with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns. - Familiarity with devops, continuous integration & deployment practices. - Exposure to big data technologies, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
