This role will provide technical support, particularly in mechanical building services engineering works, with an emphasis on HVAC for Data Centers across Region.
Ensure that consistent quality standards and conformance with design plans / specifications are maintained across the project and coordination with other disciplines to ensure consistency across the project.
Technical reports and specifications including functional descriptions for Mechanical systems.
To lead and attend project/site meeting with Client, PM, and Consultants from other disciplines.
Relationship building with clients generally involves a Doer/Seller role.
Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities when required.
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience to perform engineering tasks on the mechanical services detailed design (including calculations, computer simulations, specifications, etc), particularly in Data Center projects.
Knowledge of relevant Local Building Codes and international standards to ensure compliance.
Experience working with BIM and 3D models would be an added advantage.
