- Reporting directly to the Head of APAC Business Partners
- Providing People advice and guidance to business leaders on decision-making
- Architecting and executing foundational people policies and operational frameworks for the Hyderabad site
- Supporting local implementation of people programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Leading and executing P&C projects independently
- Collaborating with P&C teams to integrate people strategies effectively
- Managing complex employee relations issues and coaching managers on various aspects
- Ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and proactive policy updates
- Designing and implementing employee policies aligned with local laws and company standards
- Maintaining competitive local compensation and benefits
- Partnering with local leadership to address employee feedback and engagement survey results
- Driving initiatives for high employee engagement and positive workplace culture
- Operating on a hybrid arrangement with three days of in-office collaboration per week
