Responsibilities
1. Facilitate the ideation, prioritization, and development of product roadmaps to deliver compelling technology solutions.
2. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and clients to define and maintain product vision.
3. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
4. Oversee the progress of multiple product teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and removing roadblocks as necessary.
5. Utilize data-driven decision-making to derive actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and maximize product ROI.
Requirements
1. 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles in the Technology & Analytics domain.
2. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies with a strong ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams.
3. Exceptional skills in backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder collaboration.
4. Deep understanding of technology trends and their implications for product design and execution.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end project success.
