Job Purpose:

Ensure reliable, scalable, secure systems and infrastructure

 

Job Responsibilities:

Operate team efficiently

Implement best practices for system reliability

Collaborate with development, security

Identify, mitigate risks

Stay current with technologies

Communicate with stakeholders

Provide L3 operations support

 

Educational Qualifications:

B Tech in Computer Science or related

 

Key Skills:

Application support

Networking experience

DevOps practices

GCP cloud platform

Kubernetes orchestration

Dynatrace monitoring

Linux operating system

ITIL experience

Cloud Infra knowledge

BFSI domain experience

 

Experience Required:

11-14 years overall experience

7+ years production support on Google Cloud

3-5 years hands-on Kubernetes

7+ years application, technical customer support

Basic SRE understanding

Hands-on logging, alerting, monitoring

Containerization technologies

GCP Services experience

GCP Networking fundamentals

GCP Security fundamentals

Container orchestration

Container Registry

Load balancer, auto scaling, database setup

Backup and recovery on GCP
