Minimum of 8 years of professional QA/QE experience Must have worked in Life Insurance domain and Policy Administration system Strong experience of end-to-end Life Insurance business process understanding Good understanding of test automation and able to provide directions to automation team and identify automation opportunities Deep experience in test strategy, test planning, test design, test execution Worked to build and create regression test suite, and perform impact analysis Experience in working in Risk Based testing Participate in all phases of the agile development cycle, from sprint planning to retrospectives, advocating for quality at each step .
