Perform quality audits on all outputs and deliverables
Provide detailed feedback based on findings in the quality audits
Responsible for driving feedback and refresher sessions with agents and filling process and knowledge gaps.
Support Trainers with Refresher Sessions and Identifying Key opportunities to expand DV360
Stays up-to-date with product knowledge to make effective recommendations for improved performance.
Provide DV360 expert inputs on training materials and SOPs
Must Have
Have at least 3 years of experience as a product expert
Worked on DV360, CM360 and Google Ads extensively
