Experience
10+ years in QA / software testingExperience in PLM or materials domain preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in manual testing (ISTQB preferred)Understanding of web-based application testing and CAE/FEA conceptsExposure to automation tools (Selenium/Playwright preferred)Working knowledge of Windows/Linux and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)Basic programming in Java, Python, or JavaScriptStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end testing for web-based engineering applicationsDesign and execute functional and non-functional test strategiesPerform requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect trackingAct as customer-facing technical lead for issue analysis and solutioningSupport and contribute to automation and AI-driven testing initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliveryDrive improvements in test coverage and efficiency

Agile/Scrum exposureExperience with security testing and CI/CD tools
