Job Description:
We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced React Native Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript, Redux, and up-to-date mobile development practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive mobile application development, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mobile application development using React Native and TypeScript
Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, design, and product
Participate in client discussions and manage technical expectations
Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across applications
Implement state management using Redux and Redux Saga
Leverage AI tools like Claude AI for development efficiency (where applicable)
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality
Required Skills (Must Have)
Solid experience in React Native and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Redux and Redux Saga
Experience working with REST APIs / third-party integrations
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude AI)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic settings
Good to Have
Experience with mobile app performance optimization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
