About the Role
This is a Lead position within General Ledger Accounting. The role requires demonstrated ability to lead and develop a highperforming team, along with proven capabilities in setting up multicountry finance operations. Responsibilities include managing endtoend accounting processes such as monthend close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
What You Will Do
- Work with global teams across geographies and across all Harman businesses
- Perform daily tasks independently while providing oversight and guidance to direct reports
- Collaborate crossfunctionally within and outside GSSC
- Provide backup support for team members and the line manager
MonthEnd Closing
- Manage the monthend closing process under IFRS, SEGAM principles, and applicable local GAAPs for inscope entities within Harmans global organization
- Review journal entries prepared by team members
- Review key reconciliations prepared by the team to ensure no unusual balances remain in the ba .
