Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of drug discovery campaigns, targeting key therapeutic areas. Requirements Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related life sciences field. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, with a strong focus on small molecule drug discovery. Proven leadership experience managing research teams and projects. Demonstrated success in advancing drug candidates through preclinical development. Deep understanding of modern medicinal chemistry principles, structure-activity relationships (SAR), and drug metabolism. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for leadership in Ahmedabad .
