01Responsibilities
Administer and support the SailPoint ISC platform, including configuration updates, monitoring, incident response, change execution, and routine maintenance.Support JML lifecycle processes, access request workflows, approval routing, certification campaigns, remediation activities, and governance operations in accordance with IAM policies and procedures.Configure and maintain SailPoint objects such as sources, roles, access profiles, workflows, forms, notifications, certifications, and governance-related settings.Troubleshoot provisioning failures, workflow issues, data mismatches, entitlement problems, connector issues, and integration errors; document findings and support durable fixes.Support connector administration and identity data quality activities, including HR feeds, directory integrations, service management tools, reconciliation outputs, role assignments, and identity correlation behavior.Perform testing for platform changes, workflow enhancements, certification updates, integration changes, regression validation, and release readiness.Maintain operational documentation, support procedures, configuration notes, and runbooks to improve service continuity, audit readiness, and supportability.Partner with stakeholders on user issues, backlog refinement, estimation, reporting, compliance evidence, and continuous improvements that enhance SailPoint usability and reliability.
02Requirements
4 years/bachelor's degree required.5+ years of experience required to perform essential job functions.Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting packaged applications or other related disciplines.A minimum of seven (7) years of domain knowledge in the area supported by packaged applications is preferred. (E. g., Finance, Claims, Insurance Accounting)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to coordinate activities with team members and other stakeholders.Excellent customer service skills.Must have a strong work ethic, great time management skills, and a positive attitude.Must be able to work independently, on a team, or in a leadership role on a team.Strong ability to multitask and change priorities with effective results.Ability to design and implement functional/configuration solutions for business problems within a packaged application while balancing functionality, sustainability, time to delivery, and costs.Strong knowledge of a business domain area as it relates to the applications.Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
Must Have Skills:
Direct experience supporting SailPoint use cases such as JML, access request management, user entitlement reviews, certifications, and application onboarding.Experience with directories and identity-related technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, federation, MFA, and service management platforms.Strong background with Python, REST API/integrations, SQL, JSON Web Services, and PowerShell PlusFamiliarity with standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53 ISO/IEC 27001 ISO/IEC 27002 and CIS Controls in the context of account management and access governance.Experience in audit-sensitive, regulated, or global enterprise environments.ITIL Foundation, SailPoint certification, Security+, or other relevant certifications. .
