Lead SAP ABAP Developer

Design, document, and maintain highquality SAP programs that follow best practices for reliability and scalability Assess new development needs and system modifications, creating solutions aligned with evolving business goals Analyze and respond to change requests, support Fit/Gap sessions, and guide teams with precise technical input Implement SAP Clean Core principles by leveraging standard APIs, CDS Views, and extensibility frameworks. Apply enhancement approaches such as In-App Extensibility (Key User tools, Custom Fields & Logic), Side-by-Side Extensibility (SAP BTP, CAP, APIs), and the Enhancement Framework (BADIs, User Exits, Implicit / Explicit Enhancements). Maintain strong documentation and code quality, and ensure alignment with business stakeholders

A Senior SAP Developer showcases deep technical expertise across SAP modules, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to turn complex requirements into reliable, standardsaligned solutions. You communicate clearly, work effectively across global teams, and balance autonomy with a collaborative, serviceoriented mindset. 8+ years of ABAP development across key SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, QM, Solution Manager) in ECC and S/4 environments Deep expertise in ABAP tools (Adobe Forms, Smartforms, SAPScripts, IDocs/ALE) Experience with SAP HANA, CDS Views, and performance optimization. Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
