We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to develop, enhance and maintain code while building back-end microservices and REST APIs for impactful projects.
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance and maintain codeBuild back-end microservices and REST APIsConduct unit testingPerform code reviewsFollow best practices including code review, unit testing and continuous integrationCollaborate with team members to design and implement solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field8 to 12 years of development work experienceHands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework and KafkaProficiency in REST APIs, microservices architecture and WebLogic
Nice to have
Master's degree in Computer ScienceBackground in financial services, particularly in wealth managementKnowledge of additional programming languagesFamiliarity with cloud technologiesUnderstanding of agile development methodologies .
