Lead Software Engineer - Devops Automation

** - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience - Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Advanced proficiency in Golang, Python, Java, and Typescript, including Golang and Terraform - Expertise in test automation, continuous delivery methods, and the Software Development Life Cycle - Experience in agile environments, employing CI & CD and Scrum practices - Knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and various software architectures - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - People leadership skills and experience in leading software development projects - Experience in designing and maintaining reactive/event-driven architectures **Additional Details:** The company prefers candidates with experience in designing and maintaining Api/event-driven architectures, building and maintaining cloud-native software solutions, and advanced knowledge of managing infrastructure as code. Experience in Golang, Terraform, and AWS is also beneficial.
