As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. This position reports to the IDC Site Leader and is part of Biopharma Solutions located in Bengaluru, India at the Danaher India Development Center. This is an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Define system architecture and requirements Decompose system requirements and allocate targets Perform system modeling and analysis Drive root cause analysis and risk management Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions
The essential requirements of the job include
Bachelors degree in Engineering7+ years systems engineering experienceExperience with requirements and system integrationDemonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysisDemonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Regulated environments (GMP, ISO) Model-based systems engineering Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
